I tried contacting the Service Department twice online - Honstarry
I tried contacting the Service Department twice online and they never responded to me. All I wanted to know was whether they had done a proper job on my car. One of the jobs done on my car was a transmission fluid change. Less than a week after they did work on my car, it breaks down and I had to get a new transmission installed at another auto repair shop. The shop discovered later upon repair that there was a lack of transmission fluid in the torque converter which indicated that it had caused my transmission failure.
Like another reviewer mentioned on this review site, Tony Honda seems to not reply back to customers once they are already done working on your vehicle. Tony Honda, why make an online contact form available when you do not respond? After submitting the form, your site even says somebody would contact me back shortly. Also, although my service advisor, Kayelah, was professional and did her job when my car was getting fixed, she did not respond to me when I left her a voice message on the day my car broke down to call me back.
Update: A Service Department manager had contacted me, and although he was apologetic, he was taciturn. I think he did not want to say much to avoid giving details, but he noted that their mechanic did their job properly and that he is Honda certified. While that is nice to know, it does not explain how my torque converter was dry. Also, the manager did not even try to offer anything to me to keep me as a repeat customer. Everybody, please beware taking your car to get serviced here.
