I’ve worked with Kerrie Johnson on a couple of leases and purchased a Venza 3 years ago—she was awesome to work with and I love the car. Shout out to Darrel Griffey and his service staff. On a road trip west from Colorado, noticed a concerning noise coming from our 2019 Chevy Colorado truck. After overnight in Pocatello we stopped into Cole Chevrolet and Darrel was most kind to arrange test drive and assess the issue for us, even though their service department was backed up with other customers. Lube Oil Filter on my 07 Diesel 3500 went smoothly, was cost effective and only took about an hour and fifteen minutes. (they had estimated an hour). The only complaint I had was that they could have done a better job washing the truck. (but then again I am a bit of a perfectionist)

I had to take my 2019 RAM 3500 into service for a recall and batteries were acting up. Meet with Evan in Service at the Caldwell Dennis Dillion and he had everything checked out and serviced. I had mentioned that I was unable to get my phone to pair and work in the truck anymore too, and in past visits I was told that it was an update issue and it was nothing they could do about it. Evan however took a look at it and was able to adjust the settings to allow the phone to "mirror" in the truck again and got it working again. There is still an issue with the truck software and my phone from time to time disconnecting, But Evan was able to get my phone paired and mirrored to the truck screen again and he took the time to show my how he did it in case it happens again. He has been the best service guy I have worked with yet. I really appreciate Evan taking the time to show me and fix it.

They make appointments again via phone, text or email and they offer flexible scheduling options #4. When performing service or maintenance they provide a video of your vehicle showing important areas that are in good working order and items that require attention. #5. They typically have a minimum of 4 or 5 Service Advisors so when you pull into their service department there is no waiting on an employee. #6. If a defect or a failed component is suspected, they will engage with the appropriate vehicle manufacturer for further analysis. #7. The service waiting room is spacious and accommodating. #8. Lastly, I cannot over emphasize how impressed I’ve been working with Harry Rood (Service Advisor). Harry has great communication skills and is always available to answer questions. Harry provides information that is concise, straightforward and timely.

They go over everything with me and there is never any pressure. This last service was with Chris Unterseher. He was wonderful and did an excellent job with my car! I was cold sitting in the waiting room and another sweet lady brought me a coat! Who does that?! Thank you Chris! I will be back for the next service because you have earned my business!

Per a recommendation from a friend in 2022, I took my Escape to Lithia Ford in Idaho Falls for service. The service counter agent kept me up to date on all progress. The techs did a thorough job on diagnostics as it took several attempts to reach the problem. They fixed the problem and the car ran great. Job well done! I made another appointment to have my Escape fixed by Lithia in, 2023. There was a 30 day wait. At the time of services they were looking to do two recalls and a check engine light. I checked the code with my OBDII it was a P0236. The counter agent called a couple days later. He said the car was ready. On pick up there was a major disagreement between the counter agent and me as to the billing. He now wanted to charge a diagnostics fee. I had questioned him several times as to repair costs prior. He stated each time there was no charge as they had not done anything to the vehicle other than the recalls. But they had cleared the code with no further action. The assistant manager intervened and corrected the counter agent’s billing mistake. When I started the vehicle the code was still showing. Lithia’s service manager called latter to advise me there had been a mistake made with the diagnostics code. He asks if I would return the car. I returned the car. It took a couple of times to correctly diagnose the problem. The techs did a great job on the repair. The car performs like it should. I am very satisfied with the tech’s work. Thank you to the service manager and assistant manager for their oversight in making the experience a satisfactory one.
