John Pier is the perfect combination of friendly, chill and attentive for us. We showed up in Polestar Lisle without specifics of what we wanted but to checkout some Polestar 2. He was patient and actually listened to us. In communications, live and electronic, he was very detailed. And, when he didn’t know something, he wasn’t afraid to say “I don’t know but I’ll find out.” And he did. We came up with attributes that I thought defined a unicorn, until he located the car. We knew we were not his biggest client, but when we communicated he made us feel like his most important. The place is under construction, so the transaction piece was handled at the sister dealership next door, but John was always part of the process. We will need to give it a better interior cleaning and come back for a cosmetic fix, but ask for John and, like us, you will leave with a good experience and awesome car.
