I had an appointment and was greeted promptly. My car was taken in immediately for service and returned quickly with all my problems solved. And it was done at a reasonable price. Well worth the drive.

I’ve always dealt with Greg because I really like him and I don’t like anyone else there. They’re too pushy. So here’s the thing, I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Manchester lot, and barely a couple thousand miles into it, I had all kinds of alarms flashing at me. It was covered under warranty and they got it fixed and it cost me nothing. The head guy in the service department (who’s name escapes me) was the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever talked to. My only problem is with (I believe it was) the guy running the dealership who gave me the rental car. Now I bought this vehicle from his dealership brand new and when I had a problem that was covered under warranty, he gave me a 20 year old car that barely ran, with 175,000 miles on it…and that is not an exaggeration. I was told I would get something comparable to what I have and this is what I get. My wife is in a wheelchair and it’s the middle of winter in the upper midwest. Now you would think I’d get a little better service than this, but I was very disappointed. Now I have more alarms going off in my vehicle so I’m going to have to go through this all over again. I’ll just wait until Spring to tell them about it so I don’t have to risk my life in some old piece of rental junk. I probably won’t buy from that lot ever again.

Took my vehicle in July 2024 for a vibration problem at a high speed. They said I needed new tires, breaks and rotors. Spent $1200 and replaced what they said needed because I was driving to Fl in the next couple weeks. My mileage was around 133,000 at the time. My vibration problem was fixed but that was due to my replacing the tires. After we got back from Fl my breaks started squeaking really bad the longer I drove it and used them. I called them back after that and ended up taking my vehicle back twice after that regarding the squeaking and both times they had my vehicle all day and then told me they couldn’t hear it and that if they couldn’t see anything wrong then nothing could be fixed. They didn’t try to change anything out to see if that was the problem. So the last time I called and complained was Oct 2024 because what’s the point when they tell me it’s normal and I’m without a vehicle another day. Here it is April 2025 and I can’t take the noise anymore. It’s bad when I use my breaks soft or hard. I ended up taking it to a different shop and he removed all 4 tires to look at everything. My front rotors already had new grooves in them from the new break pads having metal pieces showing and rubbing from only 8mo and 6000 miles put on my vehicle, which now I have to spend money to replace them all again in the front because they didn’t want to make the customer satisfied and try other alternatives. I sent a message to you guys yesterday and Janelle called me back. She had an attitude and shouldn’t have spoken to any customer like she was doing. You are in a customer service position, do better. She basically told me that the problems I came in with was the same problems I’m having now and that my driving and mileage was the cause. She wouldn’t take any responsibility for anything nor admitted they could’ve did anything different. So what I got from her is that every 6000 miles, which is every oil change, I should need to replace my rotors as well. That’s ridiculous and maybe she needs to better educate herself before talking to an ex customer. Good thing there is another Chevy dealer in town.

I am currently driving a rental vehicle (Charger) while my car is getting bodywork done following an accident. There is no owners manual and I was having a time trying to sync my phone to the car. I arrived at the Morton dealership early November 16 hoping someone on the sales team could help a guy out. Luckily DENNIS JORDAN took it upon himself to promptly get my phone connected and he demonstrated other features of the audio and climate control systems I didn’t know how to access. It was a pleasure to just walk into a business I haven’t traded with in the past and get knowledgeable help from courteous staff. Sam Leman, you have a real jewel in Dennis Jordan! I worked with Kylie, “Service Advisor” yesterday. Kylie worked with me through the entire process while my car was being serviced utilizing Toyota Care. The oil was changed, tires rotated and a Toyota Recall was checked. The result for the recall indicated my car was safe and did not need to be corrected. My 2023 Toyota Highlander has operated flawlessly since I purchased it a year ago. I trust Sam Lemon Toyota to work on my car and believe the 1 hr and 1/2 drive is well worth it! I highly recommend this dealership and if you are lucky enough to get Kylie as your service advisor, you will be well taken care of!!

I needed my tires rotated. I happened to be in the area so I dropped in. They immediately took care of me. They throughly checked my car for any problems. I found out that my front brakes needed to be replaced soon. Being a woman I depend on your dealership to take care of my maintence. The service manager, Kevin Hawkins, took me to the lounge and got me a cup of coffe personally. The tire rotation was free you can't beat free. Overall I would say that your dealership is the best. I have told some people about how good you are.8973
