I have had Nissan for a dealership since we moved to Bloomington in 2008 and have always had good service. We have used their service area for all the maintenance on our cars and appreciate their notices for service times.

Radiator and battery replacement $1,070.00 - Carlisah

My car was leaking radiator fluid. I called PDR. and told them so. They set me up for an appointment on Jan 3. My Battery died before Jan 3. and I told them so. I told them that I would have my Saturn Relay towed to them about 15 mins late. They told me that they would replace the battery, radiator and  hoses for $1,070.00. I told them that I will have my car towed back to my house then the said I owed $225 for the estimate. They didn't mention diagnostic charge at any time and they didn't allow the towing company to take my car until I paid. They later brought it down to $197.00. Be aware if PDR  just looks at your car you're going to pay about $200.00 and average radiator replacement is about  $500 according to the internet.

I recently had service work done on my Model A at Classic Auto Factory, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable. Every issue I had with the car was addressed and fixed on the first try. Everyone was extremely nice, place clean, and staff friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The shop itself is the coolest place I've ever visited, with countless classic vehicles on display--definitely a car enthusiast's dream! It's like walking into a museum! I had such a great experience calling in for some assistance. I spoke with a woman by the name Jeismarie who was very helpful and overall just patient and friendly. I was considering shopping for my first car and had a few in mind along with several questions this being my first experience. Jeismarie was very personable and attentive over the phone, its hard to show personality through just the sound of your voice. She was great help, will be going in later this week to browse.
