Blair’s in the service department at Kunes in East Moline was a great help! It’s a 1 stop shop when you get your car serviced. We went in for an oil change and they discovered a recall, and fixed it all in one visit. We are very great full for the amazing help that we received!

2/10/25 At Kunes Honda in Quincy, IL, the Honda Service Dept/ personnel are the best: 1. Mica who makes appts and double-checks all paperwork; 2. Eric who makes appts and double-checks all paperwork; 3. Honda Technician Kendall; 4. Honda Svc. Shop Mgr--whose name I neglected to get--but who worked closely w/Kendall to diagnose my gas gauge issue; and, 5. Honda Mgr. Jeff in the front office who personally thanked me for bringing my car to Kunes. These are the good folks who have done thorough work on my 2013 Honda Civic since the Fall of 2024. It is well-worth my while to drive the 160-mile-round-trip from my Missouri home to Kunes when my car needs excellent service because of these five individuals who are dedicated to giving service that can't be beat. Our car has set at this lot since Nov. 10, 2021. Today is 2/26/2022 and we still do not have our car back. After originally being told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get the car into shop, it ended up being over a month before they even pulled the car into shop. Over a month AFTER that, we received a phone call from Mark in the service department informing us that a technician has wrecked a car into our car. He downplayed the amount of damage that was done (it turned out to be $8,900 worth of damage), and he assured us that they would pay for the repairs in full. Two days later, after car had been there for over 2 months we were notified the extended warranty work had finally been approved, and the car would be getting a new engine. We were told 2-3 days for parts delivery. This ended up taking more than 2 weeks. Now we are at 3 1/2 + months, and we are told the car had been taken to body shop for repairs. They had pre-ordered the parts so work could begin as soon as the engine was replaced. After a couple of days, Mark in service dept tells us that the body shop had ended up needing to order a couple more parts. At this point we call the body shop for estimated time of repair. Imagine our surprise when the body shop informs us they are still waiting on approval from Kunes insurance company to perform the work! Now we've received a call from Nicole with their insurance company stating that they will not cover these repairs, that we will have to file a claim with our own insurance company! Our car was in their care, custody and control. They assured us they were covering these repairs. They lied to us multiple times! I have never received such terrible customer service. As a business owner myself, I'm disgusted at the way they have treated us!

Absolutely the saddest people in the Service Department. It seems that they have mechanics who should be Janitors. Also they have Service people who want to text instead of calling. There Service manager wants to talk to you like he's your friend..It seems to me that the whole staff should be Fired...So So sad

Mechanic did an alignment wrong on my.2015 Cadillac that I purchased new from Landmark. It ruined my front tires. Service Department performed new alignment that took 4 hours. Will not reimbursement me for new tires or for alignment charge.

Bought a new van there. Called for a service appointment. They don't schedule oil changes. Was told the service department is quick, takes about 1/2 hours in and out. Drove 1.5 hours only to be told it was a 3 hour wait. Worst service department ever

9/11/2023 Disappointing Service and Lack of Resolution I recently brought my RV to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center in hopes of getting my AC unit fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with their service was far from satisfactory. Upon their initial inspection, they informed me that my AC unit was low on Freon but not leaking. I trusted their expertise and paid the hefty $290 service charge, hoping that my AC would finally start blowing cool air again. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted even after their supposed repair. When I reached out to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center to request a reevaluation, they said they would look into my complaint and get back with to me with to do further diagnosis to determine the issue and come up with a resolution, to date I've not heard back from anyone regarding my complaint. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct their mistakes. However, Landmark Ford Truck Service Center's unwillingness to address the ongoing issue with my RV's AC unit has left me with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. I expected better service and a resolution from a reputable service center like Landmark Ford Truck Service Center. Their failure to deliver on their promises has not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for a service that didn't yield any positive results. Based on my personal experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Landmark Ford Truck Service Center for RV repairs. It's important for customers to be cautious when considering their services, as my experience suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.
