We bought our vehicle with Anderson Nissan Mazda and decided to try the service there as well. I am so glad we did as the customer service we received was exceptional! On one occasion, my husband and I were 600 plus miles away and were having issues with our vehicle. I called service and spoke to Tyler who asked me a series of questions in response to what our issue was. He was able to give me information that set my mind at ease that what was happening would be very unlikely to cause problems on our trip back to IL. Upon our return to IL, we got the vehicle in and the issue turned out to be exactly what Tyler expected. Thankfully, just as he anticipated, it caused us no concerns on the way home. In addition, each time I set an appointment for service via the phone (basic maintenance and a recall) and each time I was at the dealership for service, Tyler was always friendly, kind and respectful. My husband and I have since moved from IL and oh how I wish we could have brought the Anderson Nissan Mazda staff with us! We truly appreciate the great service we got from this dealership. I would highly recommend them!

The entire staff with whom I visited on July 28 were cordial, and I appreciate their smiles showing me that they were glad I made the choice to come to Anthem for my oil change and the rotation of my tires on my 2020 Chevy Malibu! I appreciate the timely and prompt maintenance accomplished on my vehicle by Ian while I waited in the lounge area at Anthem, and I received the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection paper report with good results explained by Dane. Thank you, Anthem team!

Service department makes it extremely difficult to - melissashalo

Service department makes it extremely difficult to schedule the mileage checks that they require for the warranties. They do not call back or when they do it rings once before immediately disconnecting so you have no chance to talk with a live person without calling multiple times. Their messaging insists on texts to schedule and that is impossible to get a time that works when you have a job that narrows times that will work to do the drop-off. After the first feat of getting an appointment for the regular maintenance, the inspection they do left my AC rattling. They have now refused to see it without me paying an inspection fee on an item that they left in disrepair. I "waited too long" to complain about the appointment in July - despite the calls on August 2nd, 5th, and 9th - then leaving a text on the 12th which was never sent back to schedule with me. I sent additional requests in through their website. I finally decide to try again as the rattling has never stopped even a month later and now I WAITED TOO LONG. Good grief, how many times must I be the one to initiate contact for a scheduling. Sure, it's my fault. As I am sure it also would not be their fault the noise just happened to coincide with the inspection that it has made the sound ever sense. I am sure the 300 dollar fee to get it looked that they'd waive if it was found they did something would be a thing that they would totally accept responsibility for now with as much care as they take care on scheduling. None, if that's not clear. Terrible scheduling, poor service that has left the car with an annoying sound when all it needed was an oil change. Don't go here, it's an act of futility to get in anyways if you cannot just take any old timeslot they feel like allotting you, so do not waste your time.

Paige Weinhaus Is the Best Service Adviser I have ever met and Jacob was an excellent Mechanic!! I have had many cars! From Corvettes to Cadillacs and the service was not good! My NUMBER 1 concern is the SERVICE DEPT If the dealership doesn't have a good Service Dept thats a big concern! I was extremely pleased with the Service I have been getting at Auffenberg Kia in Shilo Paige and Jacob were very thorough and explained things in detail as well as making sure that I was very satisfied with the service! This is what makes me come back to purchase another vehicle Not to mention how much my Service Dog loved all the loving attention!! C Grimes

Rob Courtial and his team were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They got me in quick and got the work done in a timely manner. They even quoted some work my regular service team had suggested to make sure I get the best deal possible. Will definitely use them again.

Have taken both my career and my son's car here for service. Both times the work was done right the first time and this is one of the few dealers who hands but tried to sell me unnecessary extras. Every detail was explained and the Service Manager took me back and showed me the issue to see it first hand. I will definitely be back next time I need to get serviced
