I went to Hawk Nissan because I did not like the attitude I was given at Gerald Nissan in North Aurora. Andy in Service was absolutely AWESOME!!! He assisted me with everything and was completely open with what was going on with my car and what I had to do. Ultimately I ended up needing a new CVT (under extended warranty) and provided a loaner. I would recommend Hawk Nissan for all of your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!😁 I ALMOST wanted to buy the loaner car I drove!!!

Great service, had oil change and AC check and recharge; leak at the Schrader valve. Also had a weird smell that wasn't found on the fast turnaround when I purchased in April, they took care of it and installed a new cabin filter. Hilary was great and real attentive to my needs, highly recommended! Service is top notch!

Over a week ago my car was caught in a flood and ruined at their repair facility while in for service. The insurance company asked for a diagnostic report. With almost daily requests they still have not sent one to insurance company."

The worst experience ever! got the run around had to go back 3 times. Already purchased car but they never did inspection. Got my own inspection but I was told by Benjamin Alvarez I had to get it done there. Ben quote "10/15 minutes tops and will reimburse my gas". Crock of crap. 1 1/2 hr. No gas $ plus receipt from mc Donald's in my car while they were supposedly doing inspection. Never got paper work regarding what they inspected. NEVER GO TO Honda city. They are full of lies . They suck
