Traveling from Indiana to Mississippi on 57 South we has a the lug nuts and wheel come loose. It was about 2:00 pm and we were needing to find a place to work the vehicle in so we could get the repair done and back on our way. We searched the internet and used the Garmin and found a tow service. The tow service was from a small shop that couldn't fix the car until the next day and that would mean a overnight stay and pay for another motel room, one was already paid for at our destination. The garmin lead us to Linwood Motors and the internet gave us the phone number. Chad answered the call and said when the tow truck picked us up on the interstate we would be about hour and half out but he would work us in. When we arrived at Linwood they worked us in and we were on our way by 5:00. They were kind and very understanding about our situation. They have a verky nice facility and I was impressed with the way they treated others who walked in while we were they.

Fiat Metro East Service Department is excellent! They took my service request appointment right away, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed my car with very little down time. We trust this service department with all our service /maintenance issues. The friendly atmosphere is wonderful. We definitely will continue to use Lou Fusz.
