I love this location! All staff is kind and very welcoming! They do a great job at educating you about what your vehicle will need next. They never make you feel as if your asking too much. Evelin has excellent customer service!! Her energy is great and very helpful. She was very approachable and super nice. I will be returning as well as recommending them! Came in for my annual checkin/oil change! Service Advisor came out to greet me and already knew me by checking his records. As always, checked why I'm here and what they could do for me. I waited as I always do and settled in for a few hours for working from the dealership. Great service and thoroughness to detail. Finished in 90 minutes and got me back to my life. Kudos! Highly recommend them and appreciate them not cutting corners. Thanks!!!!!!

This place used to be good (past tense). Not sure what happened lately, everything seems to go downhill, internet sales is completely rude and hangs up on people. Finance doesn't respond to emails. They only seem to care when it's time to purchase a vehicle or when your lease is up. I had several options to buy out my lease with other dealers and decided to do business here since I was a loyal customer to the dealership, that was the biggest mistake I ever made when it came to choosing dealers to do business with. I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the fact of extremely poor customer service from the whole dealership, from internet sales, finance and even management, they don't care about any customer, all they care about is making money and when you have an issue, it seems like you're bothering them. Look elsewhere besides this dealer to spend your money on.
