1995 Ford Windstar ( green ) with the usual head gasket problem<br>associated with the V6 aluminum engine. I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to Chicago<br>I called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I received<br>a refund. Happy-Happy.

Our vehicle was in the service department for almost 4 weeks, we either couldn't reach the right person by phone or they were finding MORE things wrong with the van. Several times the service people were rude on the phone. When we got the van back FINALLY it was awefully dirty inside and STUNK! I wil NEVER NEVER return there!

This is the only dealership I let maintain my car. Miguel Duran is the perfect service advisor. He made sure everything was done and at the minimum cost thoroughly checking my warranty etc. The only mechanic I use there is Mike Kladis He is thorough, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was done and at what level everything was done. I appreciate the explanation from both men. They both made me feel I was driving the safest car around. I love my 2020 Escape and I feel with their help I will have this car a long long time. Kudos to Westfield Ford for excellent Service again and again.
