I own a new 2024 Seltos, bought at another Kia dealer. within 800 miles I picked up a nail and a tire went flat. For me this was an emergency, because I was taking a trip and did not want to run the highway on the spare. It was late in the work day, but Pedro Mata, understood my circumstance and allowed me to bring my car in for tire repair / replacement. I was really surprised at how "out-of-the-way" accommodating Pedro was. I am deeply grateful for that kind if service to a Kia owner who bought from a competitor. Pedro's excellent service and spirit toward me has won Berwyn Kia a new customer. Thank you Pedro.

Recently my son and I each purchased our vehicles from your dealership. About 14 days after my son purchased his (first) car, it started to have significant issues while we were running errands on a Saturday. We immediately called and drove straight to your location. Honestly, I was angry and felt awful for my son, that saved and put down $ 12K of his own money. That day, we worked with Ishmael in the service department, Larry Sweiss (Used Car Sales Manager) and Nick Garcia our Salesman. Had to leave the car for a few days to be inspected. The next few days waiting for an answer was rough. But then, you guys came through!! Spoke with Larry Sweiss, and it turned out that the fuel pump had failed and there was a recall on the air conditioner condenser. He took care of everything. The customer service that I received, from beginning to end was a true “Home Run”. It was a collective victory thanks to Ishmael, Nick, and Larry. “Real customer service” isn’t just placating the customer in the moment and then dropping the ball before the finish line…It is “following through until the end”….You guys did that, and I cannot express how much that meant to my family and I. We have purchased two beautiful vehicles from Nick Garcia, and I am sure they won’t be the last. Will be sure to refer friends and family to Nick at Kia International Orland. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicator and my car was paid off within 4 weeks for my trade in. My second car purchase was a used car. Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.
