I've already waited the 2-3wk period to get the service and on top of that was pushed back because the had to re-order the right parts. Can you say Fed-Ex? While waiting my Rover was robbed of its radio and nothing was done by Tom Wood to help me. I'm still looking for the proper channels to complain. BBB is last on my list.
