We traded in a 2020 mini Cooper for a 2026 mini Cooper S countryman We bought the first one from Mike Cramer and had a flawless experience. Everything went smooth, they washed and cleaned the new one and put a big bow on it and had it side by side with the 2020 both red with white top and mirrors. My girlfriend life partner absolutely loves her new mini, everyone was pleasant the whole experience, Mike was not pushy and took us through the whole process, I met the owner Jim Kelly and wanted to ask him what it was like to make it to four Super Bowls and lose all four, of course he was a different Kelly and a lot younger but he stopped and introduced himself. Mike Cramer really enjoys his job and has developed a new car experience for us , we will be back for our third red mini and probably leasing able x1 also. Couldn’t ask for a better experience than what we had with BMW of Fort Wayne
