Dealership was very easy to work with o n original sale, had a service issue on my truck purchase a month after purchasing and I felt they out of their way to take care of me, letting me every step and availability of parts. Hoping to not need them going forward but if I do let's hope I get the same treatment..

I went in there many times to get parts while working on my Audis and Volkswagens, their parts department is phenomenal. This is because I own 7 audis and vw's and will not deal with Vorderman. I have had Nick looking for me a car and he has been very responsive and all over it I trust he will find me a good deal he is a good man and I trust him very much I have known him for quite a while I believe he will go the extra mile and not put me in a car he doesn't trust himself.sa

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I am originally from NWI and currently live about an hour away. I purchased my dream car this year from Paul Heuring Ford. Everyone that I have had an interaction with there as far as employees have been friendly and helpful. When I need an oil change, there are some Ford dealerships closer to me, but I drive a little extra to take it here. I trust that my car is in good hands. This dealership is truly a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend Paul Heuring Ford.
