To have a 3% charge for using a bank card on a job that is well over $1k is absurd. I can see for smaller amounts, but it didn’t cost you over $37 to take money out of my bank account via debit card. You made money off of a service that isn’t even your proprietary service.

They have had my suv going on two weeks. They transmittion went out on it even though it is a 2007. Yes it is under warranty but I do not have coverage for a rental car. I have asked numerous times for a loaner car. I am always told "I am sorry we do not have any avaible at this time. Mean while I am paying for a rental car. I am up to $150.00 so far. I have now been told it will be maybe Wednesday of this week ( 9-29-10). That is another $90.00+. The least you can do is pay for my rental. Thank you, Joyce Wilbur
