2021 Audi Q7 still under factory warranty with Audi - ///M3

2021 Audi Q7 still under factory warranty with Audi pre-sense and emergency SOS unavailable dash lights. Royal Audi service had it for 5 weeks and declared it fixed. Went to pick it up and none of the cameras worked so they kept it. Another 5 weeks pass by and it is again declared fixed after the Audi field engineer helped to diagnose and try to fix it. . Had it two days when Audi pre-sense and emergency SOS unavailable reappear on the dash. Called to bring it back for further repairs and was told that they were no longer part of the Audi loaner program - interesting because my loaner for the last 10 weeks was a Subaru Forester. Ended up trading it for a Lexus just to be done with the poor service and apparent inability to get a loaner for an Audi still under warranty with safety system faults.

I took my car into be serviced. Was charged for a fix. Went back to get the car, it wasn't fixed. Caught an attitude from them. They couldn't figure out the issue, and I didn't get any money back.

I'm a retired fleet manager and had no idea what the vehicle's brake problem was. In a short time with Mr. Lagestee had our car repaired and running/braking great. Please don’t go there for an oil change they tell you one thing on the phone my car had dirty oil on the hood and door ..And the they got mad at me because I complained..Never will I go there for anything poor customer service from management totally sucks
