Wanted to write briefly to give my sincere thanks for service today. I got my new car from you in May (2024 Malibu RS). Today one of my tires had a bubble. I called & talked to Zac. Long story short I’m sitting here in your waiting area for my new tire. I can’t express appreciation enough for Zac getting me in today. And then to spend time with Matthew, Ajesh & Dennis were fantastic. Stanley is truly part of my family. My initial car from you was in 2022 with Bill who retired. I had a great experience with Lockhart Cadillac in Greenwood. I needed service on my Saturn. Doug Haggard was the Service Advisor and he handled my situation and explained all the work that needed to be done clearly. I have been a customer of Lockhart since I bought my Saturn in 2002 and I have always had good service but I can tell they have gotten even better over the years.

Service was scheduled (Next day), my choice, for Oil change & Tire Rotation. Arrived On-time. Service was completed with no issues including full inspection, and on my way all less than an hour. Excellent and friendly service. Coffee and News on TV while I waited. They offered a Car Wash, but it was supposed to rain, so I declined.

Service at Jordan Ford is amazing, but communication with customers needs work. I was given three times for picking up my car for service on Monday (first 9:30am, then 1pm, then “give them another hour”), but they never showed, despite several phone calls. They then re-scheduled later in the week for 11 am, but after several more phone calls, finally showed up around 3 pm. I would prefer the courtesy to have been informed of delays.
