I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour when Jackie notified me my truck was ready!! Jackie was very pleasant to talk with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. The waiting area is very clean and furnishes snacks,coffee, water and bathroom facilities are spotless. Of course I will continue giving a 5 star rating because of the kind staff and service I receive. Thanks again. D. Stine

Since the day I bought my 2023 Integra (which I still love) Brandon Good has been my service advisor and he has been terrific. Unfortunately, I recently damaged my grill and so when I brought my car in to get it replaced (on Wed Feb 19th) he texted me to say they could not take the illuminated emblem off the old grill (I forget why). He offered to give a huge discount on a new illuminated emblem. It almost seemed he was selling it to me at cost. However, the next text said he was able to carefully take off the illuminated emblem and put it on the new grill saving me several hundred dollars! I just feel he went the extra mile to help me out and save me money and I appreciate that very much. Alice Lenhart greets everyone who drives their car into the service bay with professionalism and a smile. She also treats my dog (who often rides with me) so well. Brandon is everything a service advisor should be. He is friendly, extremely capable, responsive and efficient. I have total trust in him when it comes to my Integra.

I want to start off by saying I have no affiliation with this business in anyway shape or form except for being a customer. My car had a small tapping noice coming from the engine so I decided to take it in to the dealership service department. Long story short I needed to have my engine replaced. I had the extended warranty on the car but wasn't exactly sure what it covered. The service department (Simon Austin and 1 other gentlemen) took over and said we'll work it out with in warranty company and that they would get back with me. A few days later Simon called me and said it's all taken care of and that the warranty is picking up all the cost except my 100.00 deductible. Simon took it a step further and worked out a great deal on a rental car while they replaced my engine. My experience with this service team has been nothing but over the top service. These days it's hard to find people in the service industry to do their job let alone go up and above what is required of them. Great job......

John did an outstanding job setting me up in the service department with my lift kit on my Tacoma. He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation.
