This is an update on a review I submitted back in October 24, 2024. The Ed Martin Dealership reached out to me and went the extra mile to do diagnostics on the unpredictable error messages I was receiving and they repaired the engine in a very timely manner. Thanks to Mr. Cameron for making all the arrangements.

I want to start off by saying I have no affiliation with this business in anyway shape or form except for being a customer. My car had a small tapping noice coming from the engine so I decided to take it in to the dealership service department. Long story short I needed to have my engine replaced. I had the extended warranty on the car but wasn't exactly sure what it covered. The service department (Simon Austin and 1 other gentlemen) took over and said we'll work it out with in warranty company and that they would get back with me. A few days later Simon called me and said it's all taken care of and that the warranty is picking up all the cost except my 100.00 deductible. Simon took it a step further and worked out a great deal on a rental car while they replaced my engine. My experience with this service team has been nothing but over the top service. These days it's hard to find people in the service industry to do their job let alone go up and above what is required of them. Great job......

John did an outstanding job setting me up in the service department with my lift kit on my Tacoma. He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation. Having great mechanics and service advisors like Jerry and John keep me coming back.

I bought a car at Hubler in Rushville (it was brought from Hubler Honda in Taylorsville). I started having problems with it and Hubler in Rushville didn't want to touch it, so they had ME pay to have it towed to Hubler Honda. Reggie has taken care of me and kept me up to date on everything that is going on with it (literally ended up just being a battery)....Hubler in Rushville has lost my business! I will travel an hour away for anything I need on my car now because I know that Hubler in Taylorsville is going to go above and beyond to try to make me happy and help me out! HIGHLY recommend this store and Reggie is AMAZING!!!!!
