Communication was a little lackluster. I had to call and try to get updates instead of them reaching out to me. I have been to other dealers where you are updated via text frequently. That is my only complaint. The work is satisfactory.

They were able to get the jeep ready before our trip. Easy to work with. I only wish the dealership could check other dealerships around d the country for back ordered parts. 2 different scenarios where parts were indefinitely back ordered. I checked around the country for parts from other dealerships both times and found the parts within minutes. I had them shipped directly to this dealer to complete the repairs. Otherwise I don't know how many months I would have been without parts.

They are always great! The only complaint is they are hard to get into for a service. I always liked getting oil change coupons in my email. I don’t get those anymore.

Mark and the team at Bill Estes Chevy went above and beyond! I have never been treated so well as I was with Bill Estes Chevy. I was always greeted by name. They thoroughly explained what was happening with my car, they gave me options on proceeding, and then even provided a loaner car for me for the weekend so I wasn't without transportation. I cannot speak more highly of this team! Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

To have a 3% charge for using a bank card on a job that is well over $1k is absurd. I can see for smaller amounts, but it didn’t cost you over $37 to take money out of my bank account via debit card. You made money off of a service that isn’t even your proprietary service.
