First visit here in a quite a while due to not-so-great service. Kyleigh Archer was fantastic! She took care of everything, even provided a loaner when my car wasn’t done in time and gave me ‘deal of the day’ which was 20% off my total repair bill. Hare won a customer back with Kyleigh’s impeccable customer service coupled with her genuine attention and very sweet personality! Great job, Kyleigh!!

If you're bringing your vehicle here for warrenty repair its possible that you'll wait months also take photos of your vehicle interior/exterior before you drop it off. Full story below: Dropped vehicle off first week of August to a service team member (warrenty issue on transmission bought from them, it lasted only 3000 miles). 3-4 weeks later hear nothing from dealership & call to see if there are any updates, they inform me that the tech quit and they didn't know they had my vehicle (after some run around they find my vehicle and the keys) and assure me they'll get right to it after I have to re-explain the issue with it (they offer me a loaner, I refuse assuming that now that they know they'll be able to get right to the issue.) Fast forward wait a week to give them time have to call to get an update (to speed up the review this happens repeatedly for pretty much 2 months, being given the run around followed by me being forced to call them to even get an update.) I get corporate involved because I ended up asking for a loaner vehicle since I'd been without a vehicle to get to work and was forced to borrow one from a family member (the time had since passed since the service member had said he'd have a loaner available for me and it seemed like they were making no progress on my vehicle the team service member also admitted to me they kept putting off working on my vehicle to work on others.) Corporate gets involved the team service member had told me he'd have a loaner that week for me, he tells corporate he doesn't and won't have one for months. They apparently couldn't because of their corporate structure order me a new trans because of their purchaing policy and corporate had to give them permission. (Fast forward) December 27th the vehicle is finally "fixed" (we'll see) got it back empty of gas, dashboard codes uncleared,paperwork wasn't complete gotta get it another day, and for some reason my rear seat is missing a head rest (hence why I'm warning you to take pictures of your interior/exterior before bringing your vehicles to this dealer.) They clearly don't do lot checks since they didn't even know my vehicle was there, so anyone could steal from your vehicle especially if they forget to lock it on the lot.(no idea why the heck my random headrest went missing extremely weird) Personally don't plan on going back, yes the staff are polite but polite doesn't beget professionalism. At the end of the day you're hearing the story from my side so please by all means take it with a grain of salt I tried to be fair and objective in my review and warn you of clear issues they have there. I don't anticipate they'll fix those issues quite frankly I'm livid, but what can you do other than warn others of the issues. (Note: I understand my vehicle is older and it takes time to find parts for a 2006, however almost 6 months is absolutely ridiculas for a warrenty repair.)

Excellent service this February. All my issues were resolved. Betsy, Marty, Dean, and Fireball, as usual, were all helpful and kind. Bryan at the service desk went out of his way to be helpful, and the mechanic who worked on my car did an excellent job.

On Friday, April 5th, our 2018 Explorer’s battery light - philnoyes1

On Friday, April 5th, our 2018 Explorer’s battery light came on around 10 a.m., while we were on I294, the southside of Chicago. Once we crossed into Indiana, I had my other half look for the closest Ford Dealer. It happened to be Webb Ford @ 9809 Indianapolis Blvd in Highland, IN. We were within a block of the dealership when the Explorer died. Luckily, we were in a turn lane, with 2 lanes, and did not impede traffic too badly. My girlfriend and another friend walked over to the dealership and was able to get them to dispatch a tow truck quickly. I believe we had the vehicle to the Dealership by 11:00 am. They quickly got it to a service bay and the Tech started the assessment. It was determined to be the alternator belt. They let it run for a while to make there was no other damage. We were done at the Dealership by 1:10 pm. Webb went above and beyond for us, not only for our Explorer, but also to help my girlfriend, who had fell on a sidewalk before the dealership. She ended up breaking a bone in her hand, which would require surgery. The Webb staff helped her get the injury under control; get a courtesy vehicle for her and directions to the closest Emergency Room. They even had one of their staff ride with us to pick up the courtesy car. As I told Steve, our Service Advisor, we were impressed with Webb. With our Ford F350 a few years ago, in July, the Check Engine Light came on outside of Rapid City, SD. We called the closest Ford Dealer, explained all we wanted was to have a Code Scan done, but was told they were too busy and service was booked out until Mid-August. So, needless to say, we weren’t sure what to expect with Webb, especially since it was getting close to noon on a Friday. We left with high regards for everyone who helped her and also our Explorer. This review is based on my experience with Brian aka Coach. I called to set up service for recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.
