Overall I had a pretty positive experience, working mostly with Lacey. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The one issue I had was that the RADIO was not working, which was noticed on the date of purchase, and brought to their attention immediately. They spent less than 5 minutes trying to remedy the problem before just giving up and suggesting I subscribe to Sirius radio because the AM-FM bands were not working at all. I live 100 miles from the dealership so "swinging by" to have this issue fixed is really not a great option. I was disappointed that this issue was not checked and fixed before the vehicle was sold, but also very disappointed in their unwillingness to work to try to solve the issue just 2 weeks after. Telling me basically to either PAY for the repair myself or take an ENTIRE day to make a 6 hour round trip so they can "check it out". I honestly think that this issue SHOULD have been fixed BEFORE the day I came to pick the vehicle up. They should check EVERYTHING to make ensure that things work that should. Sold me a vehicle that should never have been sold. Their way of making it right was to force us to buy a different vehicle in order for them to make a bad deal good. We held up our end of the deal, however they took their time and didn't make us a priority. I appreciate that they finally made good on a bad deal but and very dissatisfied with how this all went down. Will never use them again.

Decent price and nice store. Once they had my money, they didn't want anything to do with me. Service after sale sucks! Said they would fix things on the vehicle but it took long periods of time and they never fixed everything! I gave up. Had several problems with the vehicle right after purchase. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

we were there for the big deal going on in july and while the bank was helpful the overall experience is something that my husband,my dad and myself would not recommend to anyone to buy a car here. We were told one thing and another happened was told no down payment and had to put a lot of money down I would suggest that your people learn to talk to each other before you tell any buyer what is going to happen while we did buy the car we were lied to about it not needing any work when in the truth it needs about a lot of work. Also a week after we had the jeep they are calling us again to say they need more imformation from us. it also took myself calling to get the title so we can plate and insure the jeep. The process of signing the paperwork for the loan also took over four hours. So we will not be going back there to buy a car,truck,suv and would NOT recommend to any of our friends or family. Also upon looking at the price on Kelly blue book we find out the jeep was way over-priced.

⭐ 0 Stars— Extremely Disappointed I bought a car from Best Deal Auto Sales with a warranty, expecting a reliable experience from what I thought was a reputable business. Instead, it has been an ongoing nightmare. The transmission failed after just 8 months, and the dealership has now installed three different transmissions — each one failing within minutes of leaving the shop. I’ve never made it home in the vehicle since the first failure. They’ve had my car for nearly four months straight, and now that the warranty is expired, I’m left with nothing to show for it. I didn’t even get to use the warranty — they did. To make things worse, they’re now telling me they don’t have the proper tools to even check the transmission because it’s a CVT. How did they install three of them without the right equipment? When I asked that question, I was accused of being “rude.” I also asked to speak to someone above the GM, and he laughed and said that was his dad — and “that won’t be happening.” This is not how a trustworthy business operates. I’m incredibly disappointed, and I hope others read this before making the same mistake I did.

Bought '06 BMW convertible... solid car; had headlight/electrical issue at time of sale... they did a fantastic job in tracking down the issue(s), none of which were their fault, and worked hard to correct it. They communicated well with me... and Gary & Zwee in Service Dept. went over & above in solving the problem. (i.e. wasn't as simple as "bad bulb out, new bulb in"... MUCH more complicated, yet they didn't walk away or dodge the issue. They were outstanding. Jerry Weidner was my sales person and he did an excellent job of keeping me informed of what they were trying to do to solve the problem. Would highly recommend Best Deal Import Store in Ft Wayne and will tell friends to see Jerry W. He will take care of you!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Bob Thomas Ford. The vehicle I was interested in was an import from Canada and based on prior experience Canadian vehicles, due to the weather, often have rust issues particularly on the undercarriage. I specifically asked the "online sales manager" about the condition of the undercarriage and I was assured that is was in "great shape". I was ready to move forward with the purchase but wanted to get a couple of pictures of the underside of the vehicle. When I asked, the online guy passed the sale on to another salesman who sent the pics I asked for and low and behold the undercarriage was, as I suspected, very rusty and corroded. Shady is the word that comes to mind. After pointing out the condition of the vehicle, I did not hear another word from Bob Thomas Ford.

We were looking around for a couple year old g35x and stumbled across one the local carmax had up online at autotrader or somewhere. Long story short we got the car at a competitive price. The trade in was worth about nothing and we got a little bit less than nothing, but we were expecting that. One year later and we haven't had to do anything but change the oil, tires, and cabin air. The whole process couldnt have taken much more than an hour from driving in with an old car to driving out with the new one. The last car we bought from a dealer, including the trip to and back from Chicago, was probably more in the 6-7 hour vicinity. We got the car at a competitive price: subtract the cost of wasting an entire Saturday and its a steal.

This all happened because they had a wrong number for me and that was passed on to the finance company, but I have my car back and everything is resolved. These people really do care.

Brent also offered to have the vehicle driven to WI and completing the deal here, which would have saved me about 7 hours of driving round trip. When all was said and done I just couldn't make things work within my budget, but would definitely deal with German Concepts again if things were to change for me and they had another vehicle I liked..
