Before we even talked about my oil I was told my car needed to have the 60,000 mile check over for a mere $750 or I was taking a chance of having my car fall apart. I told him I wasn't interested--I got the look. I told him I thought I had a headlight out. I asked if it would be covered under warranty. He said I was about 1000 miles over for it to be covered. I asked how much it would be--he said $45. I told him to forget it. When I left the dealer I went to Napa and bought the part for $12.95 and my brother put it in--he took all of 10 minutes. What a friggin rip off. I will never go there again. I think they thought I should contribute to their remodeling and it is just not going to happen.

After waited for approximately 1-1/2 hours for the check up, I was told that the radiator from my car was bad, besides the ABS light problem. I told them that it can't be because I had the whole cooling systems changed a year ago. It can't happen so fast. As soon as I got home I jack up my car for personal inspection. I found out that they broke the radiator draining cock and told me that there's something wrong with it. First, I changed the radiator fluid two days before bringing my car to this dealership for service and the cock was totally fine. Secondly, if the cock was broken because I ran into a huge bump or car accident, the tubes, holes, and other parts of the car will be damaged or scratch, but this is not the case. So the dealership must puprosely broke the cock and let the coolant drain slowly making me think that there's something wrong with the radiator. This is a serious problem because the car made ran out fo radiator fluid, cause the car to overheat, and cause severe damage to the engine. I called them back immediately an hour after the service to tell them the problem, but I was hung up by them.
Sincerely,
Ken Phung
