First off this Dealer Rater site is stupid. They already have a google page.. this seems made for complainers. BUT not this review! We came all the way from Madison to purchase a new Rogue from them and they did not disappoint! Had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and were super friendly when we arrived! Kind, knowledgeable and fast! We highly recommend anyone in the market check these guys out for a smooth and quick deal! Mark, Jazmine and Mike did great with us! Thanks again Deery! We will be back

Since I live 3.5 hours away, Cam went above and beyond by sending me additional pictures and working with me over the phone before I made the trip. When I arrived, everything was ready to go, making the process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Aaron also did a fantastic job helping me land on a payment I was comfortable with, and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I’m so happy with my purchase and truly enjoyed the trip up to Ames. I can’t recommend Cam, Aaron, and the entire Nissan of Ames/Honda of Ames team enough—it was definitely worth the drive!

Very disappointed in the honesty of this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a oil change, tire rotation and a recall update. I was told my tires were rotated and charged, however they were not. I had a photo of paint on a side wall and the tire was still in the same spot. They over filled my tires by 10 pounds each. They were at the correct pounds when it was brought in. I left several voivemails and text to return my call. Took them 4 days. No explanation for this lies and shotty work performed, just that the Senior Master Tech that worked on my vehicle was off and they didn't know why. Be very cautious on what you are paying for and what you are getting. Most people wouldn't even realized this.
