Anthony from sales was great to work with throughout the process. He was communicative, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference for me. There was a small hiccup along the way, but it was handled professionally and thoughtfully, and Anthony made sure everything was addressed and corrected the right way. I really appreciated the follow‑through, communication, and overall care taken to make sure things were resolved smoothly. Because of how everything was handled, I’m very comfortable giving five stars and would absolutely recommend working with Anthony.

I recently bought a car from for SML. Michael was a big help throughout the whole thing. He was patient and took the time to walk me through everything, took extra time providing me all the details over the phone and email. This was especially helpful since I had to fly in to pick up the car. His candor made me comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car out of state. When I flew in, the dealer picked me up from the airport, which was nice. The whole process, from getting there to leaving, only took about an hour. That's way quicker than what I've dealt with before, which was usually 4-5 hours. Lynette, who handled the finances, was great too. She got through all the paperwork fast and was friendly to talk to. Overall, my experience with SML was excellent. I just wish they were closer to me so I could go there for my Audi needs.

The rating is low. Vehicle is always acting up and they can "never duplicate it" and expect me to take work off constantly to bring it in and have them do nothing... my 2021 atlas is JUNK!!! The gas door keeps falling off and I brought it in one Saturday to see if it was the actual "door hinge" or if it was the "door cover" and the manager I'm assuming I've never seen him took all of 2 seconds to say it was the door cover..... then took forever to get it and never called me until I called them 3 times to ask about it...... and now this door cover still keeps falling off!!!! No luck getting it fixed..... drives like xxxx in the snow on the interstate or highway and I've been told it's completely normal...... I've driven about 20 ish vehicles in the winter and none have ever done what this vehicle does....... my one key fob doesn't work and they can't seem to figure out it needs to be replaced.... so I only have one key fob that works properly I had to take the battery out of the other one since it would unlock my vehicle in the middle of the night or open my trunk randomly...... so only one functional key fob.... heated steering wheel "works" after 30 mins of driving it and then it barely is heated and that's the main reason we went with the premium is the heated steering wheel!!! Was told it functions fine and 30 mins isn't that bad for it to heat up.... my Durango and the Chevy both take about 5-10 minutes and get VERY warm....... the only person who is friendly is the girl that works back there and the one mechanic that I've had to speak with..... I would rate both of them a 5 but this is an over all review so this is for everything not just them..... also the first Customer Care person I got from corporate lied about my issue so I had to request somebody else. Would NEVER recommend a Volkswagen or getting it fixed here. We thankfully have other vehicles that are reliable because I've never once been offered a loaner which is fine since we have something but it is nice to be offered a vehicle when your vehicle is constantly in the shop.
