I was too nice to let this go, I should file complain to BBB and Mazda Coroperation about this. Just feel bad for those good employee they, cause they are working with some........ About the service department, as I experience before, Jason and his service manager were good to me, if you need help, better talk to Jason or John before you ask for the other one.
