It did not fix the instrument cluster failing, so they wanted to replace another computer module for $2,000. She had a realtive intercede to replace the old working module and credit her back $2,500.00 They did so.

My questions are this. Shouldn't a dealership have superior knowledge for repairing their brand of cars, and diagnose them correctly to repair them right the first time?

I don't have this problem with independant repair shops, so that is where you will find me going from now on.
