Given it appeared to be a "light day" in the service department (but, hey! IT'S TOYOTA) my wait time was surprisingly short for the courtesy service that included an oil/filter change and tire rotation was done. The service department's detailed explanation of the items checked totally agreed with my observations and measurements (of brake wear, tire tread depth, fluid levels) made prior to bringing in the car. About the only "downside" items noted were the tires were 4 lbs over-inflated and the new oil installed was the 0W-16 instead of the 0W-8 specified by Toyota. Neither of these are killer items - tire pressure easily corrected and I'm guessing we will still own the vehicle by the time the next oil change rolls around - the car was into its third (DIY) oil change at this time. Was a bit curious as to no explanation for the higher viscosity replacement oil. (At least the motor has oil in it and filled to the proper level following the service.) Vehicle is a surprising performer and very pleased with the driving experience thus far! Overall, most pleased with the service experience as everything seemed on the up and up with no up-sell or funny business . Keep up the good work!
