My car was still broke - katters

i wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone with a good head. They are lazy and have worker that don't know what they are doing. I went to go pick up my still broken car and they made me come back in an hour because it was blocked. After I came back it took me 30min to leave because they just wouldn't give me my keys....horrible just horrible. I'm going back for my refund.

We just had some work done on our Jeep. Kimberly, our Service Advisor went above and beyond to meet our needs. She is both professional and friendly. A great lady to work with. The Service Tech also did an awesome job of getting our jeep back into great running condition. Great place to take you vehicle and I trust these folks to do their best.

Michael Peters from dodge service is one of the most knowledgeable Service advisors here in Wichita! Got a flat tire and Michael had me back to work via shuttle driver, in no time. All while working on my car. Then also provided a pick up so I could retrieve my vehicle after work.

The service department was very courteous and helpful. I told them my head lights flickered real bad at night and everything I read, said the pcm needed to be flashed or updated. Considering this was very Dangerous at night it would be repaired under warranty. I was charged $105.00 for my pcm to be updated and another $15.75 for shop supplies. Not for sure what shop supplies are used for one computer talking to another. Every where I have read about this problem, customer's were charged from free up to $30. Guess I was just lucky. Needless to say, as long as I don't need an autherized dealer to work on my car, I'll just do it myself or stick to my local small town mechanic.

Fist of all let me say the service department here sucks. My son’s truck has been there for over a month. I had had to track progress on this truck from the time it went there because no one knows how to call back and tell you what’s going on. Drove by yesterday and no still has yet to call to tell me the truck is done or any progress. Also my sons has only owned this truck for 6 months and what do you know the power steering is bad. Funny how that wasn’t caught in their wonderful inspections they do on vehicles before selling them. I do know about trucks and know this won’t go bad in 6 months and now they want me to pay an awesome amount of money to fix it. Go figure….. and no one wants to do anything about it sorry don hattan this falls on you for it being missed by your amazing mechanics. Don hattan teach your service department to have better customer service because it sucks. Will not be returning here ever again and have definitely passed to word on to my derby people who have been looking at cars or will be. Very disappointed in this dealership. Not a pleasant experience

Unfortunately after three years and thousands of dollars Mccarthy Nissan has proven to be unreliable and lacking integrity. Each visit my vehicle is returned with the same unsolved issues that it was brought in for and was claimed never to have been found. It took until my car set itself on fire for them to even acknowledge my issue. Each visit my vehicle was there between 10-14 days and they never offer dealer vehicles or rentals so customers can resume standard daily activities, like going to work. They only repaired symptomatic parts and skirted around finding the root cause of my vehicles issue. I am disappointed to say that after my experiences with Mccarthy Nissan I will never be able to recommend, approve or support their service to any person.

Improvements in communication with the customer are greatly improved from 6 months ago. The service department is now one of the best we have had business with. Highly recommend. In the sales department Kyle is the BEST.

Broken down on side of road needing hard to find parts. The parts guy Keith jumps in with both feet to find solutions. Finds parts, checks with other dealers to confirm inventory. By far the best parts service I've had in years. Keith has hero status. If he is representative of the dealership, you should make them your VW solution. Thanks again for all your assistance!
