Kimberly Farmer and the service team thoroughly evaluated the Haldex system on my XC60 and even shared photos of the pump, filter, and fluid so I could understand the work being done. Brian Preston Sales and GM Dave Eichman were equally outstanding, making a 2021 XC90 available as a loaner while my vehicle was inspected. In the end, we chose to keep our XC60, but the professionalism, honesty, and care from both Service and Sales were exceptional. A truly outstanding dealership that puts people first.
