James Kidgell from the Florence location was very helpful. I didn’t have an appointment for my car to be serviced. James saw me right before they opened and asked if he could help me. I explained to him my situation and he said he could get it done for me. He also gave me a better way to set up appointments in the future because I’ve had problems in the past online and appt setting. The wait wasn’t bad as well.
