I called the sales man 3 days in a row and was told each time that he would contact the previous owners to see if they had the 2nd key and get back to me. I guess customer service ends with the sale at Cartown Kia. Yes I am upset with having to pay for the key but am more upset that the salesman did not have the decency to even call me back.
