As a customer who values honesty and accountability, my experience at Don Franklin left much to be desired. It’s disheartening to encounter a management team unable to uphold their promises and instead resorting to blame-shifting and evasion.
Stan's inability to keep track of his own falsehoods reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. Rather than taking responsibility, he conveniently points fingers at others, creating a toxic environment of mistrust.
Furthermore, the lack of leadership from Rich, the manager, is evident. He seems more concerned with avoiding confrontation than honoring agreements made with customers. It's disappointing that the general manager appears indifferent, delegating responsibility to Rich without offering any real solutions.
Despite the shortcomings of the management team, I must commend Domonie Cochran and Amber Alexander for their efforts to assist customers. Their promptness and commitment to customer satisfaction stand in stark contrast to the disarray within the dealership.
While I had hoped for a resolution, it's clear that Don Franklin is not equipped to handle customer concerns effectively. It's baffling that, as someone who understands the business better than most, I am met with indifference rather than genuine attempts at resolution.
In conclusion, my experience at Don Franklin has been nothing short of ludicrous. I'm left feeling disillusioned and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by the management team.
