This is the best car dealer I have EVER dealt with. They are courteous, have highly knowledgeable master technician, and very reasonable prices. They have looked after our many Hyundais for the past 15 years. One of my cars - a 2010 Genesis Sedan - is still running beautifully after 277,000 miles - thanks to their careful maintenance. I cannot imagine a better dealer.

Jim Johnson Nisan Service left the keys of my car in the car and it was stolen from their lot. I was asked if I or my friends had taken my car. I had spent 3 years and over $8,000 making sure everything was right on this car so it would last me the rest of my life (71). The car was like new even though it had 174,000 miles (minor oil leak). The thief's drove 800 miles before damaging the engine (2 cylinders no longer had compression). My insurance totaled my car (not Jim Johnson's Insurance because they took no responsibility for the theft). Jim Johnson owes me $4,000 of my investment and could care less because it was not their money that was lost. I am on a fixed income and now have to drive to Nashville VA hospital and back (over 100 miles round trip) every 3 months to make shore my throat cancer has not come back. Because of Jim Johnson I had to buy a new car (I could not afford $20,000). Jim Johnson is no better than those who stole my car from their lot after they left my keys in my car.

We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when we had our warning lights come on. We pulled into Joseph Subaru, and they took excellent care of us. They diagnosed the issue, had the module sensor in stock, and had us on the road in a couple hours. Very friendly service.

I have always had great service on my vehicles at Henderson Ford. They are welcoming and do a great job. They also have a fun little play area and nice massage chairs for our kids.

Our experience with this dealership last year was completely unacceptable. We scheduled recall work on our Palisade and confirmed with the service department ahead of time exactly which recalls it needed. They told us they already knew the parts required, had already ordered them, and never mentioned any shortages or delays. We dropped the car off, drove 45 minutes home, and were told the work would be done within 5–7 days. After 7 days passed with no updates, we had to call them to find out what was happening. Only then did they admit they did not have the parts at all and had only just placed an order, now waiting for delivery to the shop. This directly contradicted what they told us before we dropped off the car, and it feels like a blatant attempt to get us to leave the vehicle there under false pretenses. To make matters worse, Boe Boehringer at the service desk was dismissive toward my mother and came across as openly sexist — talking down to her and brushing off her questions as if they didn’t matter. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. They misled us, wasted our time, and treated us poorly. We will never return, and we strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere.

This place is great. I honestly have no idea what all the bad reviews are for. It's simply the best dealer in Radcliff and E-town area. Randy in service is friendly and helpful. Their technicians are very helpful and efficient as well. They take good care of military and first responders also, which is great being only 5 minutes from Fort Knox.
