Our experience with this dealership last year was completely unacceptable. We scheduled recall work on our Palisade and confirmed with the service department ahead of time exactly which recalls it needed. They told us they already knew the parts required, had already ordered them, and never mentioned any shortages or delays.
We dropped the car off, drove 45 minutes home, and were told the work would be done within 5–7 days. After 7 days passed with no updates, we had to call them to find out what was happening. Only then did they admit they did not have the parts at all and had only just placed an order, now waiting for delivery to the shop. This directly contradicted what they told us before we dropped off the car, and it feels like a blatant attempt to get us to leave the vehicle there under false pretenses.
To make matters worse, Boe Boehringer at the service desk was dismissive toward my mother and came across as openly sexist — talking down to her and brushing off her questions as if they didn’t matter. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
They misled us, wasted our time, and treated us poorly. We will never return, and we strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere.
