Honestly spent enough time Seeing repeat customers come in for the same if not Similar issues they had the first time they came in all because the car was not fixed the first time around. I am hurt writing this because i had high hopes for bmw. The name is iconic but the louisville location LACKS the values the name carries. My advice go to the lex location or heck anywhere but here. You will spend more money than what the cars worth for general Maintenance. The issue you came in for will not get fixed but they will charge you a arm and a leg to lie to you. As for employment .. dont do it .. avoid it. The pay is low the Environment is draining and i say this from experience. I seen the behind the scenes of this place and it was horrible! I was also out due to a issue with my son who was sick and because of such was told by hr i had to be let go after making up a silly reason as to why. Honestly i did my job plus the job of 2 others who was always standing around at someones desk or off in neverland hiding out till break time and it was frustrating to all ends because i was left to do my job plus theirs and when this was brought up to managment i got met with a simple shrug of the shoulder. ( Pathetic) so if you enjoy working your job and others as well while being paid just your hourly base pay than by all means do so. The hr lady is a mass joke (nobody even likes her and I was told to just ignore her if she says anything. I see why now..)she trys to act like shes a manager but has no authority of such. She honestly needs to seek a therapist because the way she carries herself is absurd. Avoid the porter position because not only will you be doing that but you are responsible for vacuming /leaf blowing / trash / honestly just think of it as a janitor position (they say their janitors wont do certain things so you have too) its ran so so so so poorly as well the managment that is their is honestly ad useless as it gets. I seen better managment at your local mc donalds..(that's sad) but overall the place deserves a 1 star and thats being kind.. so in short if you love to give away money for costly repairs that will never truthfully be resolved or if you want to work at a location where the pay is low and the treatment is poor and god forbid if you have family who gets sick than boy oh boy bmw of louisville is the place for you BUT if you have respect for yourself and respect for your wallet take this advice and avoid this location.

We were on vacation when a check engine light came on. They worked on it for 2 days and then claimed the injectors needed cleaning. They said injectors were not covered under GM warranty (a lie). They made us pay to get our van back. When I got home, the local dealer fixed it very quickly (had nothing to do with injectors..). With help from my dealer, I was able to get GM to refund the money that I paid to Bob Allen's rip off joint. These guys are liers and crooks.

Never available in parts department - Damian Lynch

I own 2 Mitsubishi vehicles and love them, however whenever I need a part I cannot get through to anyone in the parts department without spending hours on the phone being mis routed to various voicemails or departments in the Dodge division. When I finally get to the guy that says he can help me I find that they never have it in stock and are unable to get it next day air because it was almost 1:00. It wasn't almost 1:00 when I first called , it was 11:20! Seriously? I was also informed that next day air if ordered at the time would be $20 per part ( bolt,nut,washer) and would not be here till Monday because it's Thursday . I called Hallmark in Tennessee and was only charged $20 shipping for all the parts and will see them by noon tomorrow. Also told I had till 2:30 to order? I have been in this situation many times with this dealership but being a hour away from Hallmark, I keep trying, and they keep failing. Last trip to Hallmark was for dia queen a\t fluid that this parts department was out of???? Also , don't hold your breath for a promised call back!

Labor Overcharge - Z.phoenix

Took my car there when it developed a coolant leak. I mentioned I paid $2200 extra for the extended warranty and asked if the $100 deductible would be all that I'd be required to pay, considering that's what the warranty papers say. They said yes, they'd take care of everything else. Then they decided to charge me extra because they do not charge by the labor guide, they over charge. When I argued with Gina, the manager, her response was "It's not fair to our technicians" but apparently it was fair for them to lie to me. Every other dealership I've spoken with said these guys overcharge on their labor. Will never do business with them again.
