The best service team I have ever dealt with in 50 years of car ownership. From the moment I contacted them about an S80 that crumped on the Interstate, they went all out to get us taken care off. Quick evaluation of the problem, help finding an place to stay and repairs done ahead of schedule. (Thanks to a technician who worked late.) Everyone on the service team did whatever they could to help If your Volvo needs service anywhere near Louisville don't think of going anywhere else.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
