Don’t know much about the sales dealership, but I’ve regularly had issues with the service center. It’s really difficult to get an appointment and they nickel and dime you for every little thing. The employees there are very difficult to talk to and just throw out high numbers like it’s nothing. They come off very arrogant and unsympathetic. It does not appear they have any faith in their vehicles because whenever I mention a problem they say “that’s not covered by your warranty and Hyundai doesn’t even cover those particular repairs.” The fact that they can rattle off that line time and time again means it’s probably memorized because they know that their cars are unreliable.
I’m going to get on their website because I’m curious if they are still selling 2018 Sonatas and if they are, if they’re telling their customers about the major oil consumption problem that Hyundai does not help you repair and will end up costing you thousands of dollars. I will probably avoid any Kerry dealerships in the future, and so should you.
Also, I don’t like calling employees out by name because I think it’s kind of dirty messing with an individuals job and livelihood, but it’s not gonna let me post this review unless I put somebody’s name down.
Amanda was by no means the worst employee that I dealt with over the past three years dealing with this issue. She’s just the most recent one and the only name I can remember.
