We took our 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didn't start it - lost compression, and now it won't start. And they won't do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! Will never do business there again.

We were traveling pulling our 5th wheel. Developed a vibration in the F350 diesel. This dealership took us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Very pleasant to deal with. I would go back there to trade or buy a vehicle even though it's quite a ways from my home. Great dealership with great people.
