Excellent staff, excellent service, and fantastic vehicles! We bought a Sorento 3 years ago and love it so much and had such great maintaince at Cartown KIA that we just bought a Niro.

Went in for engine light being on. They were supposed to run the diagnostics and charge me. They said I needed an exhaust manifold ($3900+), sent me on my way with engine light still on, and didn’t charge me. That was March 31, 2025. Three weeks later, my car is at my original dealership GETTING A NEW TRANSMISSION! They said there were no other codes (exhaust manifold, cats) or… “someone reset it.”

Do not buy a Kia vehicle with a GDI engine (gasoline direct injected) after about 50,000 miles they use oil like crazy. Also I've had this Kia soul at the service department three times for recalls and this last time I needed to borrow a vehicle for about 10 minutes. The guy looked outside and said we don't have any now I'm looking at almost 200 cars, I'm thinking about telling them I want to test drive a new one and I bet they'll give me a vehicle then. I must say this place does not look after their customers. I am not a disgruntled customer of Kia, but their vehicles do have a lot of problems and their service department really Lacks in customer service
