We leased a 2000 Trooper for 3 years. Very unprofessional service - the salesman insisted on filling out our credit application himself, and wrote very slowly, misspelling everything. A few days after we got the car, my husband took the car to get it serviced and had them add a few promised options. They then kept the car and refused to give it back to him until I signed another credit application. (I was out of town, so this was not possible.) My husband drove my car for a few days so everything was fine, but they had no right to keep the car AFTER we already took delivery, and just refuse to release it to him. That's crazy.

We were also told that the car was a demo (it had 5000 miles on it). But a CARFAX check revealed that it was actually owned by some rental company in Idaho. Liars.

Anyway, they went out of business a few months later. Karmic retribution, if you ask me. Too bad all rotten car dealers don't disappear the same way.
