He answered all of the many questions I had and I was able to walk out feeling as though I made a very educated decision. I love my car, and I would strongly recommend Berto as the person to talk to if you're like me and need an experienced and knowledgable people-person to ease you through the car buying process. My recommendation extends to the entire staff at Prime Toyota in Maine because they were all very friendly and made me feel at home.
