Had to take the Gladiator in and never had to deal with the service department before. I was pleasantly surprised how everything was handled. No drama and covered under warranty. CP handled everything and very responsive to all my questions.

Had recall appointment Trent and went as smooth as can be!! Was pleased with comforts of the waiting room area(drinks/snacks). Lastly, once recall inspection completed wasn’t pushed to purchase or fix other problems that my 08’MCS could use. Yes, it’s an older car with almost 190k miles but it’s mine and still puts a smile on my face whenever I drive it.

The service advisors at KOONS have never screwed me. They give me good prices for the services that is required. I once had a messed up transmission and they fixed it within a couple of days! Unbelievable. I plan on keeping my truck for a while

Pros: Employees are friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient. Cons: The service cost was quoted over the phone but the bill was $80 higher. It was lowered when I asked why it was different than promised but the coupons were removed after matching the quote. I only realized it later on. The Zurich Protection plan is supposed to cover the car inside and out. The next day I opened the trunk and saw it was not cleaned at all. I don't know if the trunk is not included (why wouldn't it be with a $1300 package?) or if they forgot about it. (I'd much prefer it if the package was not mandatory when purchasing a car.) There are some issues with Mitsubishi but it's on the manufacturing quality and not the dealership.

I brought my car in for repair. The part was not immediately available, which I had no complaint; however, communication about timing of repair could have been better. I had to call for updates and received one that told me they took another car in front of mine after telling me that they were working on mine. It made my plans very complicated.

He provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and supporting me with getting the services needed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection the first time around but Yoni talked me through everything I needed to get done which helped to make it a seamless process. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes for my re-inspection. Thanks Yoni!
