Prince Frederick Dodge in Calvert County, MD has a great Service Department team and they are Bill Elliott and Jennifer Minson. Bill and Jennifer have always gone out of their way to make sure your vehicle is top notch before calling you to pick it up. They check every detail to see if an item is covered by warranty etc. Before charging you the customer. I am extremely happy with their hard work and dedication and they always put 100% toward working with the customer. Prince Frederick Dodge should be extremely happy to have Bill and Jennifer on there team‼️

Took my SUV to get diagnostic and is now waiting for the part, however, there was a miscommunication with the Service Advisor, re pick up instructions on the vehicle, Ms. Diaz, with her pleasantness, she stated it was a 100% her fault and went beyond of duty to make it right immediately! Kudos for her fast service in making it right. That was good customer service! We need more customer service and patience!

It was a pleasure having my vehicle serviced here. The service advisor (Miguel) was great. He was informative, knowledgeable and kept me up to date while the vehicle was being serviced. He was also very helpful to me as I’m handicapped with mobility and breathing issues. I appreciated his help with my retrieval and replacing my wheelchair in the storage area. Great service and great staff (Miguel) and couldn’t ask for anything more.

Service in June addressed one of many issues with my new purchase--completed the recall service. However, my request to update the infotainment system wasn't addressed, to provide me with the fob replacement code wasn't addressed, conduct a satisfactory detailing of my new purchase wasn't addressed. Furthermore, my repeated texts to Molly were never answered. In summary, I caution against using Johnson KIA for service.

Had a scheduled appointment and was quoted a two hour stay. All work was based on recalls. The work too approximately four hours but l had a rear brake light out. They were gracious enough to replace the light for a just the cost of the lightbulb I could have done this myself but they saved me the time that would have added to the time I lost waiting for my vehicle. To me this was a professional way of taking care of their customer. Thank you Kia of Waldorf!

I came in the other day for a regular maintenance check. My assigned service advisor was Bryanna Tate. She was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She provided a clear and detailed repair estimate. In discussing the services identified in the repair estimate, she invited questions, and answered respectfully. Some of the necessary work required ordering parts, and a later return for the service. That evening, I received a voice mail from Bryanna informing me the parts had been ordered and delivered, and that I could call back to schedule the service. I appreciate the timely response and her effort to complete the job.

Total crap body shop. Our car was crashed into, and the repair quality was crap!!! Had to take it back to get things fixed, and today, when I tried to get an oil change, it took the mechanics 3 hours to fix the hood latch to open, charging me $360!!! Because of this crap dealership, my oil change cost $420 bucks!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Had to take my Hyundainhere for a radiator problem. Long story short, the car was under warranty, and the dealer claimed damage was from outside source and would not cover under warranty. I did not buy the car here. Thomas wanted $1400 to conduct the repair. I got the new Radiator at Weimer Hyundai where I purchased the vehicle at cost and then took the vehicle to Timbrrok Nissan for the repair. Total cost for repair was actually not quite $700. Do not deal with Thomas service department. They are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Look at the cost disparity. I paid half what Thomas wanted to fix it. I would not buy a matchbox car from Thomas.

I've been to going to O'Donnell ever since I bought my first Honda in 1994. Their service department was always reliable up until the past 5 years when there appear to be more recalls. They don't seem to care to service the recalls. I'm still waiting to get service for 2 recalls - one that's been out for 2 years and a more recent and serious problem with the fuel pump. Despite the serious nature of the recall, and Honda issuing a notice as to the serious nature of the problem (possibly causing accidents) and to get the problem fixed at any Honda dealership ASAP, they actually had an automated message stating that if you didn't have a problem, then they would be scheduling repairs in March 2025!When I called back in January, the tech tells my car was scheduled for repair in April 2025. They apparently decided to just schedule it to be fixed along with the other recall that had been scheduled last year (summer 2024)! We have a road trip scheduled and the tech was rude and didn't care. I've purchased 3 Hondas from O'Donnell, but never again. You've lost a long time O'Donnell Honda customer.

Should’ve never bought that xxxx car and put Hank is definitely insult to injury. They are rude, ugly, and stinky looking people like a psych ward but if you need a good foot put in your xxx This is the place for you. The people need to stop burning down Tesla and take a flame thrower that raggedy xxxxx!!!

In August 2024 I was wrongfully charged $330 at Pohanka Hyundai. They admitted to their mistake & twice said they would refund me to no avail. Of course I put in multiple disputes with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. So far after four months the issue still hasn't been resolved. Me nor my husband will ever go back to this location. I would NEVER EVER recommend them. If they'll rip me off after 10 years of being a customer your time is next. Heed the warning now and go to another Hyundai franchise. Also, the issue (that was covered under warranty along with my checkup) was incorrectly done. I had to make an appointment with another Hyundai franchise to fix the issue. This has been a complete 💩 show.

my stepfather James was in their dealership a few days ago he is a disabled senior citizen that had to have his car looked at the issues that were wrong with his car was to replace the harness and a few wires I looked up the price of these parts and their little under $600 they assisted on wanting to charge him at least $2,600 for the work taking advantage of disabled senior citizens to make three times the profits off of Labor is unacceptable I feel that this is my obligation to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and follow complaint against this company because charging someone nearly $2,000 for labor is a scam so if you're looking to have work done at this dealership I would strongly reconsider other options I mean I would like to see this company negotiate a better price with Mr James then I may feel obligated to change my strongly negative review about this company a job like this should probably be about $1200 Parts should be 600 to 800 and labor should be about 400
