i took my new jeep liberty diesel for oil change. this was the second oil change covered by jeep. the first oil change was done at mt.airy jeep where i had no problem. as soon as i drove off the vehicle i noticed a sluggishness. i suspected somebody put a wrong oil instead of 0w40 synthethic needed. the power drop can only be felt by somebody driving a vehicle everyday. at the end of the day the problem was not acknowledged and i had no way to prove what i was sure of.

Sales dept is fantastic. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they said they couldn’t identify the problem. Service dept was less than friendly at pickup also. Took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the Jeep has a problem with the valve train and need a camshaft replaced. Why couldn’t they figure this out and save me the hassle.

I brought my Jeep in for service 3 different times. The first time I brought it in they identified the issue, ordered the replacement parts and had me back in my Jeep in 45 minutes! Wow! The second time they replaced the part quickly and I was back on the road after just a couple hours. Everyone I spoke with listened and treated me with respect. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! They are simply the best!

Great cars, horrible service. First new Genesis G90 service was returned 2.5 quarts shy of oil. I don’t know what is worst; the fact that the technician performing the work did not know the correct amount of oil need or that he did use the dipstick to check oil level after the service. Genesis vehicles are sold with the fact that a loaner car would be available during service. Loaner vehicles are not available at this dealership. In addition, it took over a month to get a scheduled appointment for service. This dealership is ill prepared to support the Genesis brand. Genesis will have to improve their service network before I purchase another new car from them
