I took my vehicle in because the engine light was on. After a diagnostic test, I was informed and showed what the problem was. One of the parts had to be ordered and it took about a day. I was kept informed about the progress every step of the way. I am pleased with the service team member Dennis Windsor. He kept me abreast and the customer service is fantastic!

My experience with Toyota Service Center in Marlow Heights, Md was amazing. The Service advisor Steve A. is professional and knowledgeable. He listened Carefully to me regarding my vehicle concerns. He was spot on about what the problem may have been. He checked to see if I was under warranty. He explained the process to leave with a loaner if necessary until my vehicle was completed in a day. All staff I came in contact with made my first service experience wonderful. The pricing was also reasonable for my oil change and Tire rotation. I Drove away happy. I took my Grand Cherokee to get service and repairs. After 6 months of poor and incomplete work done by their mechanics, I will never return. So sad because they are the closest dealer. They can't even get a recall repair right.

We have been very happy with over all experience with the dealership and the crew that we have been dealing with. service dept will not take appointments. Their web site allows you to schedule your appointent, day & hour, but it is first come first service. So don’t buy your car here. We can’t get a recall completed from them for 2 years now.

Warranty issues r not serviced timely. Almost 2 months no new transmission want except calls. Transmission is covered by fidelity warranties.
