Everytime I even try to set up an appointment, the place is booked for 2-3 weeks. I keep getting the runaround on my warranty and they want to charge me a fee to even look at the car-if i can squeeze an appointment in. Last time, I was charged $89.00 a day for a rental because they kept my car for 2 days, even though it was a 1 day work schedule. I will never go here again or buy from this company!

Had water leak repaired twice now and it is leaking again. Customer service was terrible and they broke the clips on the front bumper when replacing a light. Very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer for service or sales. FYI....they are no longer servicing vehicles....I wonder why?

It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed a tune up before I left on vacation. I called The Used Car Factory to see if there was any way they could fit me in. Not only did they but they did it with a smile at a great price. When I picked up the car, I met Dave and he was knowledgeable about my car and explained to me what needed to be taken care of and what could wait. I will never take my car anywhere else. I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty

I came in for a service and left with a brand new CX3 - candy apple red and I love it. Shawn was the sales person always greeting everyone with a smile and kind words and the staff too. I was reluctant but I wanted a new vehicle some time in the future, new but Shawn Recker with his kind and friendly personal persuaded me to see I could get it now and he actually convinced me and made it happen and I am so very glad he did.
