Genesis of Framingham completely failed me. Waited a week for a valet pickup, rearranged my life -- then got a last-minute call telling me to drive myself. No apology, no respect. Then spent over a month fighting for answers, only to be told "staffing shortage" like that excuses everything. No accountability. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Genesis calls this "luxury"? Laughable.am

Zero stars. We purchased a GV80 in 2024 and have had five significant vehicle issues requiring service in the first 11 months of ownership, and many smaller issues throughout this time. Wait times for service were extensive; the car was returned with issues unresolved; and clear vehicle issues that arose suddenly were claimed to be "operating as designed" - including the rear climate controls changing the front climate settings, and the seat belt alarm continually dinging after a passenger has exited the second or third row. I do not recommend Mirak Genesis for quality, safety, or service.

First time at Imperial and I am Impressed. Mike assisted me the lease end process for my 2018 G90 Ultimate. I ended up purchasing my vehicle. The new exterior styling is the best yet, but the in stock model was a 3.3TT. I couldn't give up the luxury backs only available in the 5.0. So, then Mike and Wenderson guided me through the purchase process. It was a very nice transactional process. I look forward to going back to visit when I'm in for service.
