They attempt to sell you on things you don't need or are not broken. I went in to get the 4x4 fixed when they called back to tell me it was ready they told me my truck had uneven tire wear and needed an alignment. I had just purchased new tires 2 weeks before and had it aligned, when I confronted him about this he just moved on and said the truck was ready. Even though it was still not fixed, they claimed to have taken it for a test drive but if they had they would have heard the problem.

I will buy a car from these people again just because of their service department.
