Very professional and very pleasant. I only went in for an oil change but was recommended an alignment as well. I had my tires replaced 8 days prior where the tire shop supposedly did an alignment. With the tire shop didn’t do the alignment or BMW of Norwood was suggesting unnecessary work.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge are the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about Dan in Service and Gary in the collision center! When all my local dealerships (2-1/2 hrs away) said no to helping me with my JL Corrosion warranty issue, Planet said yes!! It was more than worth the 5 hr round trip to have them fix my Jeep. They replaced all 4 doors, hood, tailgate AND windshield frame. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it only took 8 days!! Thank you Dan. Thank you Gary.
