Never tries to scare me into a repair that is not necessary. Always gives me the honest story. I can ask him straight questions and he gives me straight answers. Hard to find service guys as trustworthy as this

I was very satisfied with service to my AC unit that had stopped working. Samuel Doucette was a very knowledgeable service provider whose advice I appreciated. The service itself took an hour less than the estimate for that particular job. Sam also found ways to reduce the initial price estimate, which was also much appreciated. My Tacoma has close to 150,000 miles, and I've been with Lia since I bought it at 10,000 miles, because I find the service and overall atmosphere consistently reliable.

A few days ago I was having a bad day, no ac and a dead battery. I stopped by Greenfield Chevrolet late afternoon and the kind men in the office took no time coming to the rescue. I was told I was being given a ride home(Shelburne Falls), and told I would be picked up when the car was ready. The same nice man picked me up as the day before and my car was parked outside, ready for the trip home. I can’t tell you how much this meant especially since the temperature was close to ninety! None of my contact information was correct; They had phone numbers from 20 years ago. Apple Play was upgraded to software updates released in February or March but not installed on my car before I bought it resulting I. Several months of frustration. Personnel in service were courteous and efficient.
