The service department is straight up unprofessional. Never ordered the part after the initial inspection. I followed up with multiple phone calls to schedule the truck to be repaired and to see if the part came in. Left my name and contact number and still they did not return my phone call. No respect for other peoples time, they could not make a 1 minute phone call to the warranty company to close the claim out because they never provided service to the vehicle. Mitch is straight up rude even hung up the phone in a middle a phone conversation because I expressed how displeased I was with their service. Also they wanted to charge me more than the warranty deductible. Took my truck to another dealer got the part in 24 hours. Stay away!!!!!!!!

Awesome experience purchasing my car, but scheduling service....a whole different ball game. They are scheduling 3 months out. This changed my feelings about the dealerships service dept.

Genesis of Framingham completely failed me. Waited a week for a valet pickup, rearranged my life -- then got a last-minute call telling me to drive myself. No apology, no respect. Then spent over a month fighting for answers, only to be told "staffing shortage" like that excuses everything. No accountability. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Genesis calls this "luxury"? Laughable.am
